我国基层体育教师素质发展研究

China's Basic Sports Teachers' Quality Development

由于在我国新一轮《体育(与健康)》课程改革进程中存在的问题,从而导致一些体育教师或学者对《课改》方向产生了质疑。但相关研究资料显示,《课改》的成功与否主要取决于体育教师的素质。因而构建我国中小学体育教师素质的体系及探寻我国中小学体育教师素质发展方向,不仅有利于他们明确未来自身素质的努力目标,并且最终有利于促进我国中小学《体育(与健康)》课程的健康发展。

There are still some problems in Physical Education（and Health） curriculum reform,which raises PE teachers＇ doubts of curriculum reform.Based on the related data,the success of curriculum reform mainly depends on the quality of PE teachers.So the construction of primary and middle school PE teachers＇ quality system and exploration on their development is not only significant to the definition of future quality target,but also is helpful to promote the health development of China＇ primary and middle school Physical Education（and Health） curriculum.
