摘要
本文主要探讨了当前我国作为高等教育的重要组成部分——独立学院的薪酬状况,通过对云南省独立学院目前的薪酬状况各方面的分析,主要分析了造成独立学院教师满意度不高,教师流动率和流失率较快的原因进行分析,进而提出了作为云南省知识密集型服务业代表的独立学院未来薪酬激励的发展趋势。
This article mainly discusses the salary condition of independent college which is an important part of higher education in China,based on the analysis on the various aspects of the current compensation status of the independent colleges in Yunnan province,mainly analyses the cause of low teacher's satisfaction and the faster flow rate and loss rate of teachers,and then puts forward the future development trend of salary motivation of independent colleges in Yunnan Province as the knowledge intensive service industry.
