摘要
在顾客感知价值理论框架下,剖析了图书馆用户感知价值及其表现形式,提出高校图书馆应以用户需求为导向,加强各项资源建设,最大限度地满足各层次用户需求,提升用户价值。
Based on the theory of customer perceived value,the paper analyzes the determinants and manifestations of university library user perceived value.Proposed university library should be oriented to user needs,strengthen the construction of various resources,best to meet the needs of users,and enhance the user value.
