The paper makes a study of 2005-2009 department of health fifth general hospital development.The research shows that the ministry of health medical and health services system construction is completed,fifth general hospital development is strong,operation and market share has broad prospects.We should strengthen the cost budget,control costs and raise the level of management,county and municipal hospital should make full use of resources;large hospital helps the county hospital,deliveries medical technology;control general medical cost,take more social responsibility.
