试论2010-2011年上海医院业务收入的影响因素

Influencing Factors of 2010-2011 Shanghai Hospital Business Income

目的:用多因素分析法分析医院业务收入并找出影响因素。方法:对2009-2010年上海地区医院门诊、住院收入的变动建立因素指数体系,应用多因素分析法分析。结果:2011年较2010年,上海地区医院业务收入快速增长,以手术量增多而产生的日均费用增加为主,其次是门诊人次和出院人次的增加所致。结论:上海地区医疗水平、服务质量以及综合经济管理能力均保持全国领先,应进一步缩短平均住院日。

Objective： use multiple factors analysis to analyze hospital business income and find out the influence factors.Methods： build factor index system of 2009-2010 Shanghai hospital outpatients,hospital income changes,and analyze using multiple factors analysis method.Results： comparing with 2010,in 2011,the rapid growth of hospital business income and increase of the surgical extent from the average daily cost increase is major,the second is outpatient service people and the increase of discharges.Conclusion： Shanghai regional medical level,the quality of service,and comprehensive economic management ability are in the lead,and should further shorten the average day in hospital.
