摘要
提出机械产品系统性设计的基本原理及设计策略。设计时必须考虑设计对象的所处环境、横向相关联系以及纵向所有历程。要提高机械产品的竞争力,既需要对整机系统的优化,又需要对子结构的优化。在进行机械系统的优化设计前,应首先分析子系统的结构要素与性能要素对整机性能的影响关系,建立复合影响关系模型。在对子结构参数优化设计时,应选择该子结构中对整机性能影响度较大的那些性能要素建立多目标函数。要提高整机的某一具体性能,应选取对该性能影响度较大的子结构进行改进,以便收到明显成效。
The principleand strategy on ysstematic design of mecharucal products are presented. It is suggested that the surroudings, lateal relation, and the experiencing track of the design object should be taken into account for systematic design.To improve the competency of mechanical products, not only the main System but also its subsystems should be optimized.It is mecessary to establish the complex model conceming subsytem properites and their influence on main system before the optimal desing of mechanical System. For optimization of certain subsystem, the Property factors of the sub-structure,which grieatly influence the whole system s performance, should be Selected to Constitute the multi-object function. When certain property of the whole system is to be end, the edstructim, which greatlyy influence the specific property of the whole system, should be ameliorated.
