The author introduced trend of trade of intellectual property.Then,the author analyzed concepts of patent licensing,patent technology analysis,＂proprietary integration＂ licensing model,international patent intermediary agency and counselor.Finally,the author put forward broadening patent trade market at home and abroad through creating monetary value and society value by using ＂proprietary integration＂ model.
