中心风对旋流煤粉燃烧器性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 通过冷态PDA试验,对不同中心风率下径向浓淡旋流煤粉燃烧器出口的速度及浓度场进行了测量,得出了中心风对燃烧器出口气固流动特性的影响;工业性热态试验研究了中心风对燃烧器出口温度及烟气气氛的影响,得出了中心风对燃烧和NO。排放的影响规律,为设计和运行提供了参考性依据。 The cold experiments measured by a laser phase dopple particle analyzer(PDA) and pilot tests are done about effects of the central air on the performance of the radials bias combustion swirl Pulverized coal bumer(RBC). The cold experiments show that the cental air has great influence on the flow pattern and particle concentration at the swirl burner exit. Pilot tests show that the central air has great influence on the ed coal combustion. In addition, the central air has little contribution to the NOx. emission.
