基于飞行品质模拟器的控制律开发技术

摘要 在某型高级教练机全电传操纵系统多模态控制律设计开发工程实践中,采用飞行品质模拟器进行控制律迭代优化设计,通过直接面向用户(飞行员)的控制律设计技术,实现了从过去"我们做什么用户用什么"到"用户需要什么我们做什么"理念的转变,建立了控制律设计人员与飞行员互动的设计开发团队,既有利于将飞行员丰富的飞行经验转换为设计需求,又有利于设计者真正理解用户需求,不断迭代优化控制律,直至获得满意的飞行品质。该项技术的采用提高了控制律设计质量,加快了控制律设计及系统研制进程。 In the design of multi-mode control law for an advanced trainer’s full FBW system, a method of iterative?optimization with the flight simulator is implemented. We have made the change of concept from providing the clients with "what we have" to "what they need" with the clients-oriented control law design method. A team with interaction between control law designers and pilots is established, which is conducive not only to the transformation of the rich flying experience of pilots into the design requirements but also to the designers’ thorough understanding about the demands of the clients. The nonstop iterative?optimization continues before a satisfying result is achieved. This technology improves the quality of control law design outputs and accelerates?the development of systems.
