摘要
提出带节流器的自适应性静压轴承系统动态品质的分析与优化方法,通过在系统内以不同方式引人类型各异的校正装置,可以改善轴承系统的动特性,提高主轴的回转精度。利用自控系统稳定性理论,对优化前后系统的过渡过程曲线和对数相频、幅频特性图像进行综合分析和对比,评定不同方法对轴承系统动特性改善的效果,并且对它们的应用范围作了说明,为改善主轴系统动态品质及其优化设计提供理论依据。
A new method is presented,to anlayse and optimize the dynamic characteristics of self-adaptive hydrostatic bearing system with throttle. For the various correcting units are inserted.Dynamic properties of this system are effectively improved and rotary precision of the spindle is advanced. Based on the theory of stablity for automatic coned, the graphics of transient process and the logarithmic phase-frequency and amplitude-frequency characteristics of the system are analyzed before and after improvement. Influence on dynamics of the different methods is evaluated and their applied range is explained.The theoretical basis is provided for improving dynamic properties and optimization design of the hydrostatic bearing system.
