微合金钢多道次轧制晶粒演变的数值模拟 被引量:3

SIMULATION TO THE GRAIN EVOLUTION OF MICRO ALLOY STEEL DURING MULTI-PASS ROLLING

摘要 应用Gleeble-3500试验机对F40级船板钢进行多道次压缩,使用DEFORM-3D有限元软件模拟了变形过程中奥氏体晶粒的演变规律。对比模拟与实验结果可以看出两者基本吻合,说明有限元分析可以用来预测微合金钢多道次轧制的晶粒演变过程,从而缩短新产品的开发周期,降低生产成本。 Gleeble-3500 simulation machine was employed to perform multi-pass compression test for the F40 grade ship plate steel, and DEFORM-3D finite element analysis software was also applied to simulate its austenite grain evolution during muhi-pass compression deformation. The results obtained from FEM simulation and thermal simulation respectively were in good agreement. It indicated that the FEM was an effective method to predict the grain evolution of micro alloy steel during multi-pass rolling process, then to shorten the development cycle of new products and save cost.
