摘要
针对唐钢薄板连铸坯表面纵裂问题,深入分析了薄板坯漏斗结晶器条件下,铸坯表面纵裂形成的机理。结合中低碳钢的实际生产,对结晶器、结晶器保护渣以及浸入式水口等工艺条件进行优化和改进,以期为铸坯纵裂的控制提供了生产指导依据。
In order to solve the longitudinal crack problem under the condition that adopting funnel shape mould for the thin slab casting in Tangshan Iron and Steelmaking Company, the formation mechanism of surface longitudinal crack in thin slab casting process was analyzed. Combined the practical production of low and medium carbon steel, the optimization and improvement of submerged nozzle and mould as well as the mould powder were carried out in order to provide the basis for controlling the longitudinal crack in thin slab practice production.
