摘要
磨削过程中所产生的残余应力对零件的使用性能有很大影响。由于残余应力的随机性,理论计算很难确定它的大小和性质。研制出一种有三个方向灵敏度的光栅,并以此为敏感元件,应用云纹干涉技术,结合钻孔法,测试平面磨削表面的残余应力状况。
The peformances of parts are influenced intricately by residual on grinding surface.Because of the random of the rmdom of residual stresses, it is difficult to determine in theory.One kind of three directional grating is made, by means of Moire interference technique and hole-drilling, a new method about residual stresses measurement is developed, and what about the residual stresses on grinding surface is contributed.
