摘要
消费者库存是因商品短缺以及商品价格下降等因素导致的消费者超买和存货现象,消费者库存的存在对营销策略的制定以及供应链管理具有较大的影响。文中综合应用文献分析法、调查法和观察法,分析了消费者库存形成的关键因素,并从消费者视角对消费者库存的作用进行了初步分析。
Customer inventory is a phenomenon that the consumer overbought due to shortage of goods and lower commodity prices and other factors. Consumer inventory has great influence on marketing strategy and supply chain management. The critical factors which affect the forming of consumer inventory are analyzed based on literature analysis, questionnaire and observation, and a preliminary study on consumer role of inventory conducted is made from the consumer perspective.
