基于供应链管理的我国农产品质量安全问题分析

Analysis of Agricultural Products Quality and Safety Problem Based on Supply Chain Management

农产品是人类赖以生存的重要物资。近些年,由于农产品质量安全问题接连不断,人们开始越来越多的关注农产品质量安全,但是,从供应链的角度来看,农产品供应链的各个环节都存在着影响农产品质量安全的因素造成农产品质量安全问题。基于供应链的角度,农产品供应链各环节存在的问题主要有农产品产地环境污染造成的农产品质量安全问题、农产品包装容器破损引起农产品质量安全问题、农产品加工环节造成农产品污染引起的农产品质量安全问题、以及在供应链的仓储运输环节中环境控制不当引发的农产品质量安全问题、储运设备清洁不彻底造成农产品污染、农业投入品残留超标造成的农产品质量安全问题等。

Agricultural products are important living necessities.In recent years,owing to continuous problems of agricultural products quality and safety,more and more people began to pay attention to the quality and safety of agricultural products.However,from the view of supply chain,every part of supply chain of agricultural products exist factors influencing of the quality and safety,which leads to quality and safety problem.On the basis of supply chain,each link of the agricultural products supply chain took serious effect on the quality and safety of agricultural products,for example,environmental pollution of agricultural products,agricultural pollution in the process of agricultural working and the environment control improper in the storage and transportation link,in addition to this,the shortage of cleaning of transportation equipment and the residual exceeding of agricultural inputs also caused the problem of products quality and safety.
