服务业供应链作为新兴的研究领域,与制造业供应链相比,具有产品无法储存、产品的无形性、生产消费的同一性等特点,这些特点决定了服务企业在选择合作伙伴时与一般制造业的侧重点有所不同。文中从企业业绩、业务结构、质量系统与企业环境四个方面设定评价指标,建立服务业供应链选择合作伙伴的综合评价指标体系。并建议运用模糊综合评价法,得到反映待选择合作企业整体绩效的综合指标值,以期为服务企业选择供应链合作伙伴的成功应用提供有益的决策支持。

Service supply chain is an emerging field of study.Compared with the manufacturing supply chain,its product has some characteristics,such as unstorability,intangibility,the identity of production and consumption,etc.These characteristics determine the emphases in the selection of partners have much differences between service enterprises and manufacturing enterprises.This paper established a comprehensive evaluation index system for services supply chain to select partners from four aspects of corporate performance,business structure,quality systems,and enterprise environments.We recommend to use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to obtain the composite indicator values of the overall performance of cooperative enterprises,which provide useful decision-making support for service enterprises to select supply chain partners.
