企业的发展离不开与供应商的良好合作,供应商的评价与选择是实现供应链管理全局化的重要环节之一。文中针对供应商选择过程中存在许多不确定因素的现象,提出利用BP神经网络模型进行供应商评价的研究。该模型在采用权值因子判断表法确定权重的基础上,通过案例分析,进行候选供应商的选择。该方法较好地解决了在评价和选择过程中存在的信息不确定、评价指标与评价对象之间的非线性关系等复杂的决策问题。

Enterprise’s development is inseperable from the good cooperation with the supplier.The supplier evaluation and selection is one of important segment in supply chain managements.This paper uses the BP neural network for supplier evaluation research.After using weight factor judgment table method to determine the weight factor,the model analysis the cases of the selection of suppliers to choose supplier from three candidate suppliers.This method is a good solution to the problem in the evaluation and selection process,such as uncertain information,nonlinear relationship between evaluation index and evaluation object and so on.
