摘要
随着国际竞争的不断加剧,"人才"作为其发展的核心要素越来越受到世界各国的重视。文中通过对闽台人力资源交流合作的现状进行分析,探讨比较闽台的人力资源开发形势,从而分析了双方人力资源合作开发与运行中存在的问题,进而提出加强闽台人力资源合作开发与运行的对策建议,在提高自身国际竞争力的同时,实现互利共赢。
With the growing international competition,"talent" as the core factor of the development attracts more and more attention all over the word.By analysis of situation of human resources in Fujian and Taiwan exchanges and cooperation,explore and compare the situation of human resources development between Fujian and Taiwan,to analyze the existing problems in both human resources of developing and running,in order to putting forward suggestions to strengthen the Fujian-Taiwan cooperation in human resources development and operation,improving the international competitiveness while achieving mutual benefits and win-win.
