摘要
企业文化软实力是企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分,也是实现企业可持续发展的关键因素。"资源节约型和环境友好型"社会(以下简称"两型社会")背景下,为了更好的实现企业的可持续发展,必须重视企业文化软实力构建和提升策略的研究。文中在阐述"两型社会"和企业文化软实力内涵基础上,把企业文化软实力划分为企业核心理念、企业资源、独特性和创新性四个层面,最后提出了应从企业核心理念、企业家能力、员工教育、企业社会责任、诚信及形象等方面构建及提升适应"两型社会"要求的企业文化软实力。
Corporate culture soft power is an important part of the core competitiveness of enterprises,and is an key factor of sustainable development of enterprises.Based on the Resource conservation and Environment friendly society,in order to realize the sustainable development of enterprises,we must pay attention to the research on corporate culture soft power structure and the promotion strategy.This article discribes the meanings of two types of social and corporate culture soft power,divides the corporate culture soft power into four levels:core concept,enterprises resource,uniqueness and innovation.At last,it proposes the ways of corporate culture soft power structure and the promotion strategy,including corporate core concept,entrepreneur ability,employee education,corporate social responsibility,sincerity and image.
