大别山旅游合作与资源整合开发研究

Study on the Dabie Mountains Tourism Cooperation and Resource Integration Development

区域旅游合作是实现区域无障碍旅游的有效途径。文中研究认为区域旅游合作具有旅游市场扩大效应、产业规模经济效应、交易成本节约效应;在此基础上,以大别山地区为例,揭示了区域旅游合作面临合作仅限于政府层面、缺乏统一旅游发展规划、利益本位主义严重、旅游区域交通瓶颈制约以及旅游服务配套设施不完善等诸多困境;进而提出了实施旅游规划整合,促进旅游景区、线路、交通和融资整合等措施。

The regional tourism cooperation is to achieve regional barrier-free tourism effective way.This paper studies that the regional tourism cooperation with tourism market expansion effect,industry effect of economy of scale,transaction cost saving effect;on this basis,with the Dabie Mountain Area as an example,reveal the regional tourism cooperation facing the cooperation is limited to government level,lack of unified planning,tourism development interests selfish departmentalism is serious,regional tourism transportation bottleneck and tourism service facilities are not perfect wait for a lot of trouble;and put forward the implementation of tourism planning integration,promote tourism scenic spots,lines,traffic and financing integration measures.
