高职院校物流专业毕业生就业质量分析——基于北京电子科技职业学院2008-2012届物流专业毕业生的调查

An Analysis of the Employment Quality of Logistics Majors in Higher Vocational School——Based on the Survey on Graduates Majoring in Logistics in Beijing vocational college of electronic science

高职院校学生就业问题已经成为全社会关注的焦点。对北京电子科技职业学院2008-2012届物流专业毕业生的就业状况调查结果显示:总体就业率较高,就业质量不高。基于这一事实,从学校、学生、劳动力市场三个层面剖析物流专业学生在就业中存在的问题;从物流专业人才培养和就业服务两个方面入手,采取切实可行的措施,提高就业质量。

Higher vocational college students＇ employment problem has become the focus of attention of the whole society.The results of the electronic science and technology of Beijing vocational college 2008-2012 graduates at logistics employment status show that the overall employment is high while the employment quality is low.Based on this fact,the problems on professional students existing in the employment are perspectived from three aspects-the school,the students and the labor market;the feasible measures are to be taken and the quality of the employment is required to be improved from logistics professional talent training and employment services.
