摘要
商贸物流业是龙岩市"十二五"期间重点发展的一大主导产业,随着物流业发展方向和前景日渐清晰,龙岩市掀起一股物流发展的"热潮"。但是,商贸物流人才供应数量与质量的严重不足,必将制约龙岩市商贸物流业的发展。文中从未来几年龙岩市商贸物流人才需求趋势出发,指出现阶段龙岩市高职商贸物流人才培养存在的一些问题,进而提出建议。
During the ＂12th Five-Year＂,Commercial Logistics is a leading industry of Longyan,with the direction and prospects of the development of logistics is increasingly clear,Longyan set off a logistics developmen＂t boom＂.However,the serious shortage of supply quantity and quality of Commercial Logistics personnel will restrict the development of Commercial Logistics industry in Longyan.In this paper,some problems exist in personnel training mode of Commercial Logistics in Longyan vocational colleges were pointed out,At the same time some recommendations were proposed.
