摘要
为了给烤烟新型烘烤技术的研究与应用提供参考,采用流动注射分析方法测定了烟叶在自然变黄过程中的化学成分变化。结果表明:在烟叶自然堆置变黄过程中,以碳水化合物的变化最明显,变黄后其总糖和还原糖含量显著上升,含氮化合物及烟叶中总氮、钾和氯的变化较平缓,且烟叶在变黄前后的变化不大,还原糖与烟碱随烟叶变黄时间的延长而上升,且二者的趋向协调性较好。
The changes of chemical components contents of tobacco leaves were investigated during yellowing process to provide references for the study and application of new-type baking technology.The results showed that during yellowing process under natural conditions the carbohydrate of tobacco leaves changed obviously.The contents of total sugar and reducing sugar increased significantly in the end of yellowing stage.While the contents of nitrogenous compounds,total nitrogen,potassium,chlorine changed non-significantly.The ratio of reducing sugar to nicotine increased with time prolonging,and trended to coordinate.
