贵州不同产地半夏的品质比较

Comparison of Quality of Pinelliae raizoma from Differernt Districts in Guizhou

为了解不同产地半夏品质的差异,为半夏的选育提供理论依据,根据中华人民共和国药典要求的测定方法分析比较了贵州不同产地半夏的含水量、水溶性浸出物、总灰分、总有机酸含量。结果表明:不同产地半夏的水分含量为6.0%～13.6%,水溶性浸出物含量为9.6%～19.0%,总灰分为3.0%～4.0%,总有机酸为0.34%～0.46%。采集的样品均符合中国药典对品质的要求,药效成分较高的是关岭和铜仁产的半夏;栽培种和野生种的品质相当。

In order to undstand the differences in quality of P.rhizoma from different areas,to provide theoretical basis for breeding of P.rhizoma The water,ash,water-soluble extracts,ash and total organic acid content of P.rhizoma samples from different producing areas in Guizhou were determined to compare their quality difference.The results showed that the water content,water extracts,total ash content and total organic acid of P.rhizoma samples from different producing areas were 6.0%~13.6%,9.6%~19.0%,3.0%~4.0% and 0.34%~0.46% respectively.The quality of P.rhizoma samples from different producing areas accorded with the standard of Pharmacopoeia of the People＇s Republic of China basically.The higher effective component content of P.rhizoma samples from different producing areas were Guanling and Tongren.The quality of wild and cultivated P.rhizoma samples was similar.
