摘要
为探明不同碳氮源对不同来源白术白绢病菌生长及产核量的影响,明确其对碳氮源的需求,采用双因素随机区组试验,研究了不同碳氮源对贵州不同种植地白术白绢病菌的影响。结果表明:供试菌株几乎能在所有供试碳氮源上生长,但LA20菌株较其他菌株长势弱,差异明显;在以甘露醇、蔗糖、肌醇和果糖作为碳源的培养基上,供试菌株均能产核,其中,LA20菌株产核量较其他3株供试菌株的少,在供试氮源上几乎不产核。
In order to prove the effects of carbon and nitrogen sources on hypha growth and sclerotium quantity of S.rolfsii from different groving areas,and figure out the needs of carbon and nitrogen sources.A two-factor randomized block experiment was carried out.The results revealed that the strains tested could grow in almost all the tested carbon and nitrogen sources.However,the strain LA20 had significantly weaker growth vigor than others.Taking mannitol,sucrose,inositol and fructose as carbon sources,all of the strains tested were able to produce sclerotium.However,the number of sclerotium produced by LA20 was less than the others.There were almost no sclerotium produced on all nitrogen sources.
