贵州山区西伯利亚鲟人工繁殖研究 被引量:3

摘要 为贵州山区规模化生产鲟鱼苗种提供科学依据,采用人工催产技术对2尾雄性及7尾雌性西伯利亚鲟(Acipenser baerii)进行了人工繁殖。结果表明:2尾雄亲鱼顺利排精,5尾雌亲鱼顺利排卵;人工采精2尾雄鲟鱼获成熟精液360mL,手术取卵5尾雌鲟鱼获成熟卵10.75L(共有50.20万粒);经干法和半干法授精,有27.10万粒卵受精,受精率达53.98%;用瓶式自动孵化器孵化出鱼苗11.32万尾,孵化率为41.77%。 An artificial propagation of two male and seven female A.baerii was conducted by artificial reproduction technique,which would provide a scientific support to large-scale production of sturgeon.The results showed that spermiation of the two male sturgeons and ovulation of five female sturgeons were completed smoothly.The semen of the two male were collected artificially and the total of mature sperm was 360 mL,and then the collection of oocyte of five female were operated and 10.75 L mature egg(502 thousand eggs) was obtained totally.207 thousand eggs were fertilized by half dry fertilization and dry fertilization,while fertilization rate was 53.98%.Meanwhile,113.2 thousand fish fries were incubated successfully in bottle type automatic incubator and hatching rate was 41.77%.
