摘要
分析了喀斯特地区县域在城镇化发展中土地利用存在的问题:土地利用率低,用地结构不合理,占用耕地问题严重,损害农民权益,土地生态环境恶化等。针对问题提出符合喀斯特地区县域城镇化土地利用的对策建议:优化城市用地结构,提高土地利用率,保护耕地,完善土地各项制度,维护农民权益,防治并提升土地生态环境建设等,以实现既要城镇化健康发展又要合理利用土地的双赢。
The problems（low land use rate,unreasonable land use structure,serious problem of arable land occupation,farmers＇ rights and interests being damaged,ecological environment deterioration of arable land） of land use in the development of county urbanization in karst region were analyzed in this paper.Countermeasures and suggestions of land use in the development of county urbanization in karst region were put forward in allusion to the problems,including optimizing land use structure,enhancing land use ratio,protecting arable land,perfecting various land system,maintaining farmers＇ rights and interests,preventing and enhancing the ecological environment construction of land,so as to realize the win-win goal of both healthy development of urbanization and rational utilization of land.
