摘要
本文作为滚动轴承微动磨损研究的一个部分,对滚动体与内圈滚道接触部分的微小滑动进行了研 究,其分析有助于揭示滚动轴承微动磨损的机理。本文以中国轴承厂生产的深沟球轴承为模型,对接触部分进行有 限元分析,结果表明,切向力的作用与滑动区域的形状无关,差动滑动的滑动量要大于或等于切向力产生的滑动 量。
This paper as a part of the study for the fretting wear on ball bearing,conducts a study for the micro-slide between roller and the inner race. The analysis is helpful to reveal the mechanism for the fretting wear of ball bearing. This paper analyses the contact part through F. L. M,according to the model of deep-groove ball bearing which is produced by China Bearing Factory. The result shows that effect form tangential force has nothing to do with the shape of slipping area. The slippage of differential slide is more than or equal to the slippage produced form the effect of tangential force.
