动态能力、开拓能力与组织绩效关系研究——基于苏北地区企业的实证分析 被引量:1

摘要 以苏北地区233家企业数据为样本,对动态能力和组织绩效之间的关系进行了实证研究。将环境不确定性和开拓能力等变量引入研究模型,更好地解释了动态能力对组织绩效的作用机理。研究表明,环境不确定性对动态能力产生显著影响,动态能力需要以开拓能力为中介变量,才能显著改善组织绩效水平。
