社会资本、嵌入与社会治理——来自乡村社会的调查研究

Social Capital,Embeddedness and Social Governance:Investigation and Study from Urban Society

基层社会治理是社会管理创新的重要方面,是促进和谐社会建设的一项重要工程。在广大乡村现代社会的成长过程中,传统力量与现代力量交织互动,诸如宗房结构、自组织、非正式规则等微观结构深深嵌入乡村社会有机体,影响着基层社会治理的效力。本文将社会资本作为一种结构性资源进行考察和认识,并将隐含于乡村社会有机体中的诸种非正式组织和规则纳入社会资本的分析范畴,指出在推进乡村社会治理的过程中,必须注重将正式制度安排与非正式制度的运行实现有效衔接。

Local social governance is important for social management innovation and the construction of harmonious society.In the modernization process of rural areas,traditional powers and modern powers interacted with each other,such as the micro-structure like patriarchal clan,self-organizing group and informal rules embedded in the urban society,and affected the validity of local social governance.This paper took social capital as a kind of structural resource and put informal organizations and rules of rural social organism in the analysis category of social capital,emphasized that it was need to pay attention to the effective cohesion of formal system and informal institution in the process of rural social management.
