摘要
电子节温器可调节发动机冷却水温度,使其始终工作于最佳水温附近。基于发动机转速和负荷,考虑变速器冷却需求,确定当前工况下发动机目标水温;考虑其他环境因素对散热能力的影响,获得当前工况下的模型水温。EMS根据实测水温与目标水温差异,控制电子节温器占空比;根据实测水温和模型水温差异,进行电子节温器故障诊断。
Electronic thermostat controls coolant temperature to fluctuate around the optimal point.Based on engine speed and load,target coolant temperature could be built considering cooling capacity request from gearbox,and model coolant temperature also could be built with tuning of ambient conditions.EMS determine PWM signal to drive electronic thermostat by comparing the actual and target coolant temperature,and the actual and model coolant temperatures are served for electronic thermostat diagnosis.
