大规模定制是汽车市场竞争的方向,而平台化开发是实现大规模定制策略的有效手段。综合考虑产品设计开发阶段和制造阶段的关联性,结合CODP客户订单分离点制定合适的延迟策略,能够最大限度地发掘平台化造车的优势。
The mass customization is one of the solution for the vehicle market competition.It's effective to achieve the mass customization strategy by developing the vehicle platforms.We can maximize the advantage of the vehicle platforms by considering the relationship of the design stage and the production phase,making the suitable postponement strategy with the CODP(Customer Order Decoupling Point).
