早熟甘蔗新品种粤糖04-252的选育

Breeding of new sugarcane variety Yuetang 04-252 with early maturity

摘要 粤糖04-252是广州甘蔗糖业研究所以粤糖94-128为母本、cp72-1210为父本通过有性杂交选育的优良甘蔗新品种,该品种早熟、中至中大茎、糖分高、丰产稳产;分蘖力强、宿根性好、抗病性能好、抗逆性较强,农艺性状佳。多年多点试验结果表明,粤糖04-252公顷产蔗95.160 t,比CK1、CK2和CK3分别增产20.9%、22.6%和1.5%,与CK1和CK2差异达极显著水平;产糖14.670 t/hm2,比CK1、CK2和CK3分别增产26.4%、25.2%和4.5%,差异均达极显著水平;粤糖04-252甘蔗蔗糖分含量在11月至次年1月平均达15.44%,比CK1、CK2和CK3分别提高0.67%、0.35%和0.43%,差异均达极显著水平。粤糖04-252主要农艺性状、蔗茎产量、含糖量、蔗糖分、抗逆性均优于对照种CK1、CK2和CK3,已在粤、桂、滇等主要蔗区繁殖试种。 Yuetang04-252 was selected from the crossing between Yuetang94-128 and cp72-1210 through traditional breeding methods by Guangzhou Sugarcane Industry Research Institute. Yuetang04-252 was an excellent new sugarcane variety with the desirable characteristics of early maturity, medium to medium large stalk, high cane and sugar yields, stable yield, strong perennial and ratooning ability, strong resistance and good agronomic characters. The results of plant tests conducted at different sites for several years showed that Yuetang04-252 mean cane yield was 14.670 t/hmz, increased by 20.9%, 22.6% and 1.5% relative to CK1, CK2 and CK3, difference reached extremely significant level between Yuetang04-252 and CK1, CK2. Yuetang04-252 sugar yield was 14.670 t/hm2, increased by 26.4%, 25.2% and 4.5% than CK1, CK2 and CK3, difference all reached extremely significant level. Sucrose content of Yuetang04-252 was 15.44% from November to January, being 0.67% ,0.35% and 0.43%, high than CK1, CK2 and CK3, difference all reached extremely significant level. The agronomic characters, cane yield, sugar yield, sucrose content of Yuetang04-252 were significantly superior to the cheCK varieties CKI, CK2 and CK3 and It was planted in sugarcane areas, such as the provinces of Guangdong, Guangxi and Yunnan.
