铁皮石斛试管苗栽培技术研究

Study on the cultivation technique of plantlet of Dendrobium officinale

为充分利用热带地区特有的气候优势，设计不同的栽培条件和管理措施，以提升铁皮石斛育苗技术。结果表明，铁皮石斛试管苗在移栽时期为10月至次年3月、炼苗时间为2～3周、栽培基质为水苔＋蛭石、复合肥用量为1500—2000倍液的条件下，种苗成活率达95％以上，苗期生长健壮。

In order to make full use of the unique advantage of climate in tropical area, experiment of various cultivation and management measures were designed for improving cultivation techniques of Dendrobium officinale. The results showed that the transplantation survival rate could achieve 95%, and strong growth at seedling stage, when the plantlets of D. officinale were under the cultivating conditions of transplanting date from the October to March of the next year, days of training plantlet 2-3 weeks, growing media sphagna ＋ vermiculite, compound fertilizer 1 500-2 000 times liquid.
