摘要
针对国内外不同菠萝品种品质研究相对较少的现状,选用5个菠萝常规品种进行外观和内在品质的比较分析,结果表明:黄金菠萝果眼浅,鲜可溶性糖、可滴定酸和可溶性固形物含量高,风味和品质上乘,推广潜力巨大,同时也是上佳的鲜食品种;金菠萝果眼平浅,食用方便,Vc含量高达480.39 mg/kg。5个菠萝品种的品质优劣综合评价排序为黄金菠萝>金菠萝>巴厘>卡因>金钻。
According to the status that the fruit quality reserch bewteen different pineapple varieties is relatively less at home and abroad, 5 conventional pineapple varieties are chosen to compare the appearance and inner quality. The results show that: (1)The gold pineapple is the best optimum for fresh-eating, with shallow fruit eyes, high content of soluble sugar, titratable acid and soluble solid. It has good flavor and tremendous promotion potential. (2) For MD-2, the fruit eyes are also shallow and the fruit is easy to eat, with Vc content as high as 480.39 mg/kg. In general, the quality of five pineapple varieties presented as gold pineapple〉MD-2〉Comte de Paris〉 Smooth Cayenne〉gold drill.
