北京沟域经济空间分异格局与优化途径研究

The study about the economy development spatial differentiation pattern and structure optimal path of Beijing's Mountainous Valley Gully

沟域经济增长不仅伴随着产业结构变化,也发生着经济空间上的分异。分析沟域经济空间分异的现状和空间分异规律,可为完善沟域开发战略和相关政策提供依据。采用调研数据,分析了典型沟域经济空间分异格局,并构建空间分异指数,对空间分异程度进行测算。研究表明,沟域间经济发展水平、资源、劳动力、资本等要素禀赋存在差异,除第三产业外,其他各产业产值水平的空间分异程度不大。按照经济发展地域结构演化的一般规律,北京沟域经济发展应充分发挥增长极的辐射效应,以点带线、以线及面,并在不同层级阶梯式地推进点-线-面发展模式,最终形成沟域经济发展的网络结构,带动山区经济全面发展。

The growth of Mountainous Valley Gully Economy was not only accompanied by the change of industrial structure, but also has undergone the economic spatial differentiation. It＇ll provide foundations for perfecting valley development strategies and relevant policies through analyzing the present status and regulations of Mountainous Valley Gully Economic spatial differentiation. By using the investigation data, the spatial differentiation pattern of typical Mountainous Valley Gully Economy has been analyzed, and the spatial differentiation index has been constructed to calculate the spatial variation degree. Research has showed that there existed differences between different valleys in factors endowment of economic development level; resources, labor, capital and other factors, and the spatial differentiation degree of output value level of all the industries were not significant except the tertiary industry. According to the general rule of the regional structure evolution of economic development, it＇s necessary for the Beijing Mountainous Valley Gully Economic development to give full play to the radiation effects of the growth pole, to point in line with line and face, and to promote the development mode of point-line-surface step by step at various levels, finally to form a network structure of Mountainous Valley Gully Economic development, and then to drive the comprehensive development of mountainous area economy.
