从农民收入结构、城乡差距、横向比较等方面阐述广东农民收入增长的现状和特点,研究分析导致农民收入增长缺乏稳定性和持续性的主要存在问题,包括农业劳动收益低、农民就业环境不完善、财产和转移性收入比例偏低等几方面,并进一步剖析其深层次原因,最后提出要处理好相关问题的总体思路和策略性建议。

This article expatiates on current situation and characteristic of Guangdong farmers＇ income growth from several aspects of income structure, rural-urban disparity, horizontal comparison etc., and analyzes key issues in instable and unsustainable growth of farmer＇s income, including problem of low-income from agricuhural labor, incomplete environment for farmer＇s mployment, low proportion of farmer＇ s property and transfer income, then gives further analysis of the cause behind. Finally the research gives a general idea of how to figure out the issues, and several strategic recommendations.
