摘要
为了评估注塑成型工艺的碳排放,构建了该工艺碳排放分析框架。基于该分析框架,可对注塑成型工艺的碳排放进行分析,得出注塑工艺的各阶段能量消耗。对同一台注塑机,它加工的原材料有很多种,在计算注塑机的能耗时,应该对各种原材料的能耗值进行加权平均。针对注塑机液压系统,采用AMESIM仿真方法进行系统累积能耗的仿真。以某工厂注塑机生产电视机遥控器外壳为例,对两种注塑工艺的碳排放结果进行了分析比较,分析结果表明电机采用变频调速的方法,可以降低能耗(21~22)%,每年可减少大约7t的CO2排放量。
In order to assess the carbon dioxide emission of injection molding,a framework based on life cycle inventory was built.Energy consumption of the injection molding stages was presented based on the framework.There are many raw materials processed by the same injection molding machine,and the weighted average energy consumption values of the various raw materials should be calculated.A simulation method using frequency converter was presented to reduce energy consumption in injection molder hydraulic system.The injection molders of a factory were analyzed by the method presented.The result shows that the proposed method can reduce energy consumption by(21~22)% and will reduce the CO2 emission by 7 tons annually.
