摘要
动力伺服刀架的特点是定位精度高,动作准确可靠,滚动轴承是其中的重要组成部分,而游隙是轴承一个重要的使用特性,受到各个因素的影响包括过盈装配、工作载荷、温升、转速和材料线膨胀系数等,轴承工作游隙的大小直接影响到刀架在工作过程中的振动和噪声。创新点在于从理论上对轴承游隙的影响因素做了全面细致的分析,并用Matlab实现了对滚动轴承的最佳原始游隙的快速求解。为如何选择轴承的原始游隙以提高轴承的寿命和回转精度,最终提高刀架的精度保持性和可靠性指标等提供了理论依据。
The characteristic of dynamic servo tool is in high positioning accuracy,being accurate and reliable.The bearing is one of the most important parts of it and the clearance is the bearing's important service characteristic which is affected by various factors including interference fit、service load、temperature rise、rotate speed、material's expansion coefficient and so on.The size of the bearing's working clearance impacts the tool's vibration and noise directly.The innovation of this research is theoretically giving a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the influencing factors of the?bearing clearance,and a fast solution of the original clearance of rolling bearing by using Matlab.A theoretical basis of how to choose the original clearance of rolling bearing is provided to improve bearing life and turning precision,and ultimately to improve the indicators of dynamic servo tool's accuracy and reliability.
