摘要
建立含有加工误差的齿轮参数化模型,对于研究动力刀塔传动系统精度具有重要意义。首先,建立直齿圆柱齿轮全齿廓曲线参数方程,其中包含对齿根过渡曲线的深入研究。同时,提出一种简便的考虑加工偏心误差的齿轮建模方法。其次,在NX平台上开发了考虑加工偏心误差的齿轮建模插件,能够快速生成齿轮模型。最后,生成的齿轮模型经检测,精度能够满足使用要求。
It has great significance to build the parametric model of gear with machining error when studying the transmission system of dynamics turret.Firstly,deep research on dedendum transition curve has been included in the building of parameter equation in the whole profile curve of straight spur gear.At the same time,a simple method which takes account into machining eccentric error has been put forward.Then,a plug-in for building gear model with machining eccentric error is established based on NX,and that could generate model quickly.Finally,the metrology of generation model shows that its precision satisfies the use requirement.
