摘要
针对装备吊装训练过程中存在的时间空间限制、培训周期长且训练费用高等问题,基于VR开发了一个虚拟吊装训练系统。根据吊装训练需求,构建了系统的功能模块和体系结构,研究了零件实体的表达和显示、基于运动副的自由度规约运动导航、基于包围盒和三角形网格分解的实时碰撞检测以及零部件的抓取和释放等关键技术,在此基础上,开发并实现了虚拟吊装训练系统。结果表明,该系统可以满足装备日常吊装训练需求,降低了训练费用,提升了训练效果。
Considering the problems of the limits of space and time,long period of training and high cost were found in the course of equipment's hoisting training,so virtual hoisting training system based on Virtual Reality was presented.Based on the demands of hoisting training,the system architecture and the function modules were analyzed.Several enabling technologies were also presented such as display and representation of part model,movement navigation technology,real time collision detection based on bounding box and triangle faces and snatching and releasing part model.According to these technologies,the virtual system was developed.Results indicated that the virtual hoisting training system had meet the training demands,decreased the cost of training and increased the training efficiency.
