摘要
以ZF5000/16/28型放顶煤液压支架为研究对象,介绍了利用试验台模拟实际工况对液压支架进行应力测试的方法,对比了动态应变仪和静态应变仪数据采集的差异;同时,利用Ansys work-bench有限元分析软件对液压支架进行仿真,得出了危险部位的应力分布。对比测试结果与计算结果,相互校验了方法的准确性,为液压支架的优化设计提供了参考。
According to the research object of ZF5000/16/28's mould hydraulic support,the stress test method is introduced by using test rig simulation of hydraulic support under the actual working condition,and the differences about data acquisition of dynamic strain instrument and static strain instrument is compared.Meanwhile,hydraulic support was simulated by using finite element analysis software Ansys workbench,acquiring the stress distribution of the dangerous parts.Comparing test results and the computational results,the accuracy of the method of each one is checked,which procides reference for the optimization design of the hydraulic support.
