摘要
太阳能跟踪技术的发展对于太阳能利用的推广具有重要的现实意义。文章介绍了"单驱双动"新型太阳能跟踪装置的控制系统设计方案和试验方法。设计方案采用了特殊凸轮实现太阳高度角与方位角的耦合,避免了多方计算所带来的积累误差,提高了自动跟踪装置的可靠性,由51单片机程序有效地实现了太阳能跟踪的功能。试验结果表明:该控制系统工作性能稳定,且装置全年高度角跟踪误差较小,有效地提高了太阳能的利用率。
The development of solar tracking technology is significant in promoting solar energy utilization.A design scheme of a new"single-drive double-action"solar tracker system and the test methods are introduced.The design adopts a special cam coupling of the solar position angle and altitudinal angle.Therefore,the accumulation errors caused by multiple calculations can be avoided and the reliability of automatic tracking can be improved.The test results show that the control system performance is very stable.The device largely decreases the tracking error of annual altitudinal angle and improves the efficiency of solar energy collection.
