摘要
针对钢筋捆扎丝剪料加工中存在不安全操作与材料浪费严重的现状,设计了一种简单、实用、便携的,由组合式不完全齿轮传动机构控制的全自动下料机械。重点介绍其工作原理和结构设计。对实现定长送料的传动参数和啮合齿数进行了设计计算并给出不完全齿轮组合装配图以及应用效果。
A simple,practical,portable and fully automated material feeding mechanism controlled by modular non-circular gear transmission is designed,in order to resolve current problems of unsafe operation and serious material waste during operation of cutting ligation wire for reinforcing bars.Mainly focusing on introducing the working principle and structure design of the mechanism,the research provides design calculations of transmission parameters and the meshing of gear teeth for fixed-length material feeding,and offers assembly drawing as well as application effects of the modular non-circular gear mechanism.
