摘要
使用仿真的手段对层状路面上行驶的柔性轮胎的轴心运动响应进行了研究。首先根据各种等级路面的数据,在MATLAB中创建了其离散的不平度数据,处理以后转化为ANAYS中的关键点,然后生成路面的表层,接着创建了路面的下四层,而对轮胎使用平面模型,调用LS-DYNA求解器计算轮胎中心的加速度响应。仿真结果表明,相对于刚性路面而言,柔性路面起到了一个减震的作用。而且路面等级越高,则加速度响应均值越小。且随着道路等级的降低,柔性路面的减震效果总体上趋向显著,其影响高达50%以上。
Dynamic response of center of the wheel riding on multi-layer road is simulated.Firstly discrete roughness data of road is created in matlab according to the data of various layers of roads.Secondly the data is transferred to create the key points in ANSYS,and so the top layer is created.Subsequently the next four layers of the road are created.Plane model is used for the tire.LS-DYNA is used to calculate the acceleration response of the center of the tire.The simulation result shows that,elastic road buffers the pressure of the vehicle relative to rigid road.And it also suggests that acceleration response of the center of the tire decreases when the road level rises.With the decreasing of the road level,the buffering effect of flexible road increases significantly up to 50% and more.
