摘要 通过对两组不同叶轮结构的内部流场进行研究,找出高速泵内部流场的变化规律,为高速泵选择结构合理的叶轮型式。通过改变高速泵蜗壳的喉部直径、后盖板面积来对高速泵进行试验分析,加大喉部面积能提高泵的截止流量,扬程曲线变平坦,但是小流量点扬程会有所下降,减小后盖板面积和扩大喉部面积都能提高泵的效率,减小后盖板面积能显著提高泵的效率。 The internal field of two different impellers was studied to find the law of internal field of high-speed pump,which is useful for selecting the reasonable impeller type.Test analysis was obtained after changing the pump volute throat diameter and the rear cover area,and increase the throat area can improve the cut-off flow point,smooth curve,but the head of small flow point will decline,decreases the rear cover area and expand the throat area can improve the efficiency of the pump,reduce the area of the rear cover can significantly improve the efficiency of the pump.
