摘要
对立式辊磨机的工作原理、结构及受力情况进行了研究,采用机械有限元软件ANSYS的结构力学分析功能,对MTP型立式辊磨机的磨盘进行强度计算,并采用有限元中的动力学分析模块对磨盘进行模态分析与谐响应分析,得到磨盘的固有频率,主振型和对动载荷的响应情况,并得到磨盘的固有频率在(133~217)Hz之间,其共振频率在(180~190)Hz之间,即为磨盘的第五阶或第六阶模态,主要发生在磨盘的边缘。通过对磨盘的动力学分析使磨盘具有更好的动态性能及再设计提供理论的参考依据。
The study on operational principle,structure and load case of vertical roller mill is carried out.It is mainly about abbrasive wheel of MTP type vertical roller mill strength analysis by ANSYS,and adopts the module of analytic dynamics execution modal analysis and resonance response on abbrasive wheel,getting a series of data about abbrasive wheel,such as natural frequency,principal mode and response of dynamic load and so on.And the abbrasive whee natural frequency between(133~217)Hz is get,and its resonance frequency is between(180-190)Hz,namely the fifth or sixth modes of abbrasive wheel,and mainly occurs in the edge of abbrasive wheel.The data provides a theoretical reference basis in Dynamic characteristics and redesign of abbrasive wheel.
