摘要
建立了某喷油器流场的二维模型,利用混合多相流模型加空穴模型对整个几何模型区域的流场进行了数值模拟计算。基于这一模型定义了K系数,并分析了不同K系数对喷孔内空穴分布的影响。总结出了喷孔的扩张系数K对喷孔中空化流的影响变化规律并且得到了不同K系数对出口处质量流量和喷孔内气体总体积的影响。数值计算结果表明,在一定的K值范围内,K<0喷孔随着扩张程度的增大,空化现象加剧,而K>0喷孔则抑制空化现象的产生。
A 2D model is established to simulate the fluid field in an injector using mixed multiphase flow model coupled with cavitation model.Based on this model,K factor is defined and the effects of different K factors on the distribution of the cavitation inside the nozzle are analyzed.The variation is summed up about the cavitation flow,the outlet mass flow and total gas volume of the nozzle hole under different K factors.The results indicate the cavitation becomes serious with the expansion coefficient increasing,but isn't produced in the contractive nozzle.
