摘要
以包头北奔重汽车桥有限公司某新型号提升桥为研究对象,通过在ANSYS分析软件直接建立重型汽车提升桥结构的三维实体模型及有限元模型。根据桥壳在整车越过不平路面这一危险工况,对其进行模态分析及谐波响应动态特性的仿真分析。得出提升桥结构的固有振动特性,模态分析结果表明第2、3阶固有频率在共振频带内,易引起低频共振。在此基础上进行谐波响应分析验证得出,传动轴不平衡的激振频率仍易引起提升桥的低频共振。应适当优化桥壳截面积以躲避共振带。
Taking a certain lifting axle model of Bei Ben Alex Co.,Ltd.as the researching model,lifting axle of heavy-duty truck on three-dimensional model and its finite element mode are established diametrically on ANSYS software.According to this dangerous condition of the lifting axle on the vehicle over the dynamic road,then the dynamic characteristics is simulated through modal analysis and harmonic analysis.Natural vibration characteristics of the lifting axle is calculated,and the results suggest that the second and third natural frequency of which the structure is in the resonant frequency range through modal analysis and that is much easier to be resonant on the low frequency.The research on the basis of harmonic analysis shows that the exciting frequency of the transmission shaft on imbalance prone is easy to arouse to low-frequency resonance.This lifting axle should be optimized appropriately to avoid the resonance frequency.
