摘要
为了真实反映制造行业的生态水平,在生态设计时能便捷、有效地获得原材料、零件、各工艺等的生态数据,确保生态设计第一手资料的准确性,构建机电产品生态数据库迫在眉睫。对机电产品中的常用材料、加工工艺、典型产品作为构建生态数据的对象,生命周期制造、运输、使用、报废4个阶段出发,构建对环境影响指标的生态数据库。并对生态数据库建设对象、涵盖过程、输出指标等提出要求,构建原材料和加工工艺数据库和典型零件数据库,同时为了说明如何构建生态数据库,对镁锭材料生态数据库进行示范。
In order to reflect the real level of manufacturing industry ecological construction,in the ecological design of convenient,effective access to raw materials,parts,each process's ecological data,ensuring the ecological design of first hand data accuracy,mechanical and electrical products ecological database is imminently constructed.The common materials of mechanical and electrical products,processing technology,typical products are taken as the building of ecological data objects,four levels are set out which are the life cycle of manufacturing,transportation,usage,scrapping,building ecological database of environmental impact indicators.On the ecological construction of database and object,the process output indicators,request,construction materials and processing technology of typical parts database and database are covered.In order to illustrate how to build ecological database,the magnesium ingot material ecological database is modeled.
